By establishing an annual training plan, creating a system of guidelines and procedures, mapping out field training sessions and incorporating a two-way rapport between the trainer and trainee, it is much more likely that outdated habits and practices will fall to the wayside making room for more appropriate routines and methodologies that promote individual development and increase sales.
